Raw Vegan Peach Crumble Recipe


We had an awesome time last Sunday at the Ramsey Farmer's Market. We prepared a raw, vegan peach crumble with fresh, local peaches for a cooking demo. At the request of many, we decided to share the recipe.



Raw Vegan Peach Crumble


What you'll need:

-6 ripe, local peaches, sliced/diced to your liking


For the sauce:

-2 cups pitted & soaked dates

-4 tbsp lemon juice

-2 tsp cinnamon

-1/2 tsp powdered vanilla bean

-pinch of clove

-pinch of nutmeg

-pinch of cardamom

-1 cup water


For the crumble:

-1 cup walnuts

-1 cup pitted & soaked dates

-pinch of himalayan pink salt



How to prepare:


Blend the sauce ingredients in a blender and pour lovingly over your delicious, cut peaches. Mix in a large bowl and infuse with positive thoughts ;)


Pulse the crumble ingredients in a food processor or blender. Add on top of the peach mixture and you're all set!

WOW, it's really that simple! & DELICIOUS!


If you're really in the mood for a spice trance, dust your creation with a few pinches of cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and nutmeg.
