About The Event

Thursday, January 24th | 6:30 - 8:30 PM | $17 | Roots Cafe

Join Jyotir & Morgan for a delicious cup of sacred ceremonial cacao from Guatemala as an opening to Creativity Night. After a brief introduction to this potent plant medicine, blended with warm spices and served hot, we'll use sound and guided meditation to raise our vibration. This will prepare us for an inner journey to get in touch with own innate creative potential. This will be a held container for you to dive deep and work in partnership with one of humanity's most ancient spiritual guides, Theobroma Cacao.

Following the Cacao Ceremony, Creativity Night will continue as usual. We will be blessed by the spirit of Cacao & guided to create with her as our muse for the evening.

**We would love for everyone to arrive a bit early so that we can prepare your cacao in time to start at 6:30.**

About Jyotir: Five years ago I had a moment of remembrance. Alone in a dark retreat, in the basement of an abandoned building on a desolate dirt road in the highlands of Guatemala, I stopped projecting an image of self, and simply allowed, and witnessed, the self that flowed effortlessly through me. It wasn’t the orgasmic peak of blissful union towards which I had imagined I was heading; it was a mind-numbingly simple experience of effortless being.

I recognized this effortless overflowing as my natural state. No teachings, methods, or ideologies were needed. Full expression of my own being required only that I stop impeding its natural flow, and allow presence to express itself through me uninhibited. In surrender to this, I made a vow to streamline my life into a prolonged channeling session through which I would flood the world with my own true essence. Since then I have been co-creating and maintaining safe containers for others to dive deep into their own magic. I have an intimate relationship with cacao, and 4 years experience holding ceremonies. I am delighted to share this medicine with you.

About Morgan:

My whole life transformed the moment I decided to greet each moment as a blank canvas, pure & ready for creation to occur. Many years experimenting in the realms of yoga, art, & nutrition has led me to weave these therapeutic passions into a way of life empowering myself & many others.

Most of my time is purposefully spent at Roots Cafe not only crafting culinary masterpieces, but offering a variety of community events & workshops exploring various healing modalities.

As a multi-media artist & yoga instructor, I offer private lessons, workshops, & intentionally-created custom art under Art Form Yoga. [ARTFORMYOGA.COM]

I am committed to channeling source through each one of my creations - allowing the Divine Mystery to surface & dance upon the playground of the present moment. It is my passion to hold space for everyone to explore their inner artist & express the guidance held within.

About the Cacao we share: "An Indigenous myth tells us whenever the balance between humans and nature becomes threatened, cacao comes from the rain-forest to open people's hearts and return the planet to harmony." This is a high vibrational cacao, cultivated in the jungles of Guatemala by indigenous tribes, intuitively sourced by San Marcos' Cacao Shaman, then hand peeled and roasted by local families paid fair wages. It's energetic, heart opening and shamanic qualities set it apart from most other cacao. You can read about it at www.KeithsCacao.com

10% of the proceeds from this and all ceremonies we hold goes to a wonderful community project supporting San Marcos la Laguna, Guatemala. You can read more here www.konojel.org
