Chakradance with Ceremonial Cacao

Integrating a potent combination of Chakradance, Ceremonial Cacao and sound healing, we will clear the biofield and give our souls the space to flow through embodiment. 

Please bring water and your favorite colored pens/pencils/whatever you enjoy playing with on paper. 

Consider wearing clothing that flows and allows you to move freely; we will be stretching through expansive forms of expression. There is a wonderful element of surprise when our chakras harmonize ;)

About Caroline the facilitator:

I am a creative arts facilitator based in New York. My passion for practicing

healing arts began as a ballet dancer balancing out an intense training routine

by teaching children creative dance and writing. This focus ultimately led to

the completion of degrees in contemporary dance and developmental

psychology at Hunter College and NYU. In 2020 I expanded this offering to

integrate the power of breathwork, expressive visual art and meditation

through the Chakradance and inamojo programs. I am grateful to share these

practices and further encourage creative self-actualization. Off the grid, I am

an eager mountaineer who embraces creative training to reach any summit.
