Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form self-led movement journey, held in a safe container, where full expression is welcomed. In this dance, we will connect to the blooming of spring. Out of the stillness of winter, we grow up towards the light and feel the energy in our bodies rising.  Together, we are planting the seeds of peace to bloom. 

Ecstatic dance is a sober space where communication and consent are key to keeping a safe container.

About Kayla the Movement Facilitator:

Kayla has been dancing all her life and loves sharing movement with people. She has taught a range of styles and led ecstatic dances in St. Petersburg, Fl. She enjoys holding space for people to explore free form movement and expression through their bodies.

About DJ Morgana:

Morgana is a New Age Music Curator, DJ, Event Producer and Sound Bath Producer who believes in the power of music to uplift, unite and heal. Her mission is to transport her listeners to a completely uninhibited, zen and awakened state. A yogi and nature enthusiast, Morgana employs an earthy, ethnic, tribal vibe infused with progressive techno to stir you both physically and spiritually.

Morgana has performed at venues and festivals in New York City, Pennsylvania and New York and has her sights set on making her debut at Burning Man this year and touring Costa Rica, Morocco and Turkey in the next 12-18 months. She is presently looking to produce a festival in the Lower Hudson Valley to promote peace, offer humanitarian aid and build community.
