Learn about gentle medicinal plants and mushrooms that help nourish the nervous system, balance the immune system, calm anxiety, regulate hormones, adapt to stress, and contribute to healthier urban ecosystems. DIY growing and medicine-making methods, hands-on examples, and photos will be available.

Bio

Edenspore is the multifaceted life project of Robyn Mello--bringing together original music, permaculture design, herbalism, visual art, eco-social consciousness, and a healthy dose of magic to usher in a healthier world. Mello is visiting during her "Reminders From Another Time" music and medicine tour. Prior to making Edenspore full-time this year, Mello worked in Philadelphia with various nonprofit urban farms and The Philadelphia Orchard Project, designing and educating around biodiverse community orchards in 60 locations around the city.
