What is FlowFam?

FlowFam is a nonjudgmental collective space that unlocks creative potential, group cohesion, and self-confidence. Originally an in-person experience - with the unforeseen blessing of the pandemic - FlowFam pivoted into a virtual experience, touching the lives of people from 16 different countries, from children as young as 10 to 71 years of age. Finally, FlowFam is going back to its roots, blessing people in-person!

About Gavin: 

As a multiple award winning Toastmasters International speech finalist and acclaimed Flow & Voice Coach, Gavin Masumiya uniquely blends his love for public speaking, deep coaching, and freestyle to help high performers powerfully speak their truth. He does this by helping them access flow state through the emotive power of music.

Over the past five years, he has worked internationally with both men and women from technology, finance, school psychology, engineering, to the US Armed Services. Through this methodology, Gavin has united families with lots of conflict, inspired new career paths in business coaching, brought teams together during trying times in quarantine,  and has helped individuals with excessive social anxiety become more proficient public speakers. Whether 1:1 or in group settings, this process is “heartwork,” one of its kind, and is available completely virtually.
