Guided Meditation & Sound Bath

Join the Cosmic Bliss Trio as we focus this month on the SACRAL CHAKRA. 

Connect to and activate the energy of your sacral chakra - the primary source of our passion, emotions, and creativity. 

This guided meditation will help extinguish any feelings of anger and fear and aid in propelling your hopes and dreams into reality, and also help promote positive feelings about your body, sensuality, and intimate relationships.

Please bring along anything that will make you more comfortable, such as a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow. Water is also a good idea to stay hydrated.
