Highly-Sensitive Person Support Group

This support group is a safe space to share and learn about the unique experience of being a highly-sensitive person in today’s fast paced world.  Led by a licensed therapist, we will not just explore and process the emotional challenges that come with sensitivity, but we will learn effective ways to master our gifts and celebrate our strengths. Even though HSP’s make up 15%-20% of the population, we often feel misunderstood and isolated. Community heals that- come out to roots and let yourself be supported.
