Intimate Connections Workshop

This workshop will grant you the opportunity to deepen your connection to both self and others. Through partner and group communication exercises, you’ll be fully supported as you begin to dig deep, going beneath the surface and remembering who you are.

After we peel back the layers, you’ll be guided through a powerful Somatic Release breath work session. This breath work journey will support you in clearing out anything that may still be lingering before ultimately coming home to your truest self.

Upon completion of all formal instruction, we’ll rise up lighter and brighter, celebrating with ecstatic dance, live music and some delicious vegan eats!
