Introduction to Healing Touch: Remembering What You Already Know

A series of partner massage workshops. Bring a friend, partner or family member to learn and practice with.

$65 per pair for single workshop / $180 per pair for all 3 workshops

One Sunday a month | 1:00 - 2:30 PM

10/16 ~ Learn simple techniques for grounding, self care and self massage. Partner & group exercises for conscious touch

11/13 ~ Connect with your innate capacity for healing touch. Explore attunement & sensitivity to the body through solo and partner work

12/11 ~ Create a bodywork sequence that you can take home and practice, that starts and ends with self care

Please come to workshop wearing comfortable stretchy clothing. We will be working on the floor on yoga mats. Please bring a mat if you have one or two if you like extra cushioning, plus optional blanket or bolster if you have one.
