About The Event

Ages Kindergarten - 6th Grade.

Kids will learn how to make:

-Fast & Simple Fruit Smoothies

-Raw Chocolate Chip Cookies

-Raw Vegan Meatballs

-Lettuce Wrap Tacos

-Cheese made from seeds 

Kids will learn by demonstration as well as assembling meals themselves. 

They will also learn basic nutrition and tips for healthy eating :)
