About The Event
Ages Kindergarten - 6th Grade.
Kids will learn how to make simple & delicious raw food recipes by demonstration as well as assembling meals themselves.
In this class, kids will make:
- Dairy-Free Vanilla Milk Shake
-Brownies
-Cashew Nacho Cheese Dip w/ veggie sticks
-Stuffed Avocado
& more!
They will also learn basic nutrition and tips for healthy eating :)
