About The Event
Come learn how to make your own traditional wild-fermented kimchi and sauerkraut, bringing a jar of it home with you!
You will be able to make your own combination of vegetables and spices to your taste.
This is a wonderful way to preserve the life of your harvest, store bought or home grown. Turning leftover vegetables into a delicious gut health boost that you can eat as a complement to most meals.
All supplies included.
The class is led by Caleb Iosso, well-versed in the art of fermentation as originally learned from Sandor Katz.
