Kundalini Yoga & Cacao Ceremony

With the Spring Equinox around the corner on March 20th, we will plant seeds of intention from the heart with a cacao ceremony. Cacao has been worked with as a medicine in ceremonial settings for thousands of years. It is a plant medicine that uplifts and strengthens the physical heart and cardiovascular system as well as the emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects of the heart. 

After drinking the cacao, you will be guided through a Kundalini Yoga class with a focus on "Spring Cleaning" of the self, preparing fertile soil within for your intentions to take root and bloom.
