Kundalini Yoga & Cacao Ceremony

Cacao has been worked with as a medicine in ceremonial settings for thousands of years. It is a plant medicine that uplifts and strengthens the physical heart and cardiovascular system as well as the emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects of the heart. 

After drinking the cacao, you will be guided through a Kundalini Yoga class with a focus on RADIANCE! By clearing your energetic field, we will make space for our own inner radiance to shine through and act as a guiding light in our lives.
