Join Debra from Debra’s Boundless Coaching, Cathy & Jenny from Sarasvati Sisters Yoga and Morgan from Roots as we explore ways in which we can push past limiting beliefs physically, emotionally, and spiritually through interactive programming, yin yoga, and food that feeds the soul.

Open to all levels. Come prepared to practice gentle yoga, listen to your heart, and eat fabulous food. 

There will be raffle prizes and merchandise for sale throughout the night.  

One hour workshop | One hour yoga class | One hour drink & dessert

demo and tasting - [meals will be available for purchase before 6 PM]

This will be an outdoor event with plenty of space to keep a safe distance. 

A zoom link will be provided for those who wish to attend online. Choose "Online Access" ticket at checkout. 

A portion will benefit People to People, an organization providing food to those in need in Rockland County.
