About The Event

Join us for an evening of deep relaxation & rejuvenation, experiencing the healing effects

of sound on the entire body.

In a sound bath, instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, and chimes are played while resting in a comfortable, meditative position. This teaches us to truly listen with our whole bodies, promoting integration and re-calibration of our nervous system.

Sound is incredibly effect in healing physical or emotional pains residing in the body.

There will be a short guided meditation led by Morgan Zelmer to begin the evening.

Following the meditation, the sound bath led by Joseph Schmidlin and Michael Jay will begin.

*Make sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring any cushions, blankets, or pillows that you wish to use :)
