About The Event
Joseph & Michael are back for another soul-shifting Sound Bath!
Join us for an evening of deep relaxation & rejuvenation, experiencing the healing effects
of sound on the entire body.
In a sound bath, instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, and chimes are played while resting in a comfortable, meditative position. This teaches us to truly listen with our whole bodies, promoting integration and re-calibration of our nervous system.
Sound is incredibly effect in healing physical or emotional pains residing in the body.
*Make sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring any cushions, blankets, or pillows that you wish to use :)
Refreshments will be served.
Create Night will follow the Sound Bath! Bring something to work on or start something new in an inspiring environment!
*It's Dom's birthday so feel free to bring a gift ;)
