Storytelling Circle at The Seed

 We will gather at The Seed for a special storytelling circle experience.

You are invited to show up exactly as you are, welcomed by the open arms of an accepting community. Storytelling is one of the most ancient art forms, passing wisdom down from generation to generation. Sharing a story empowers both the speaker and the listener, creating a connection that sparks creativity and revelation for everyone involved. Telling a story helps to further digest the experience for yourself and shares ideas and inspiration with others. Public speaking is a challenge for many people and this is the perfect opportunity to step outside of your comfort zone to grow :)

Your share can be a personal experience or it can be a favorite myth or story that has played a powerful part in your life.

Nicole Lyons of Amati Wellness will guide us through a meditation to begin the evening, accompanied by the soothing sounds of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.

Nicole Lyons is a certified holistic health and wellness coach, yoga instructor, herbalist, and educator. She’s spent the last 15 years on her own wellness journey, overcoming challenges like anxiety, IBS, and autoimmune disease,. Her experiences have taught her first-hand what it truly means to discover that you have the power to change your own life for the better.
