Sunday morning yoga at Roots!

11 AM - 12 PM

This is a gentle and invigorating flow that all levels of practitioners can participate in.

Kids are welcome as well.

Class will be taking place outside in the back parking lot.

Class will be indoors if rain is in the forecast.
