About Avi:
New Yorker with a background in Wellness, Tech, and the modern daily stress that we all experience. I've suffered from food addiction, lethargy, and general malaise. Experiencing highs and lows of life is common these days and my goal is to help others find their inner strength and resilience to become their best version of themselves. By practicing the Wim Hof Method daily, I've overcome anxiety, depression, and addiction; rediscovering my passion for life and creating a new level of discipline. This has helped me attain new abilities and better understand how to thrive in our chaotic modern world.
My goal is to create a safe, harmonious space for everyone who attends my workshop. I tailor each workshop to meet the needs of the group in a collaborative setting. Teaching athletes, entrepreneurs, yogis, and everyone in between, I too learn from everyone who attends. The power to improve our lives comes from within!
